Depending on your expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the “behind the scenes” team—the technical team handling pre-production, production, and post-production for all virtual, in-person, or hybrid events—as well as the project management team, which supports each of our clients with rigor and professionalism. You could also work with the sales team, who offer solutions tailored to each client’s needs, the marketing team, which develops communication strategies aligned with our target audiences, the IT team, for whom cybersecurity is a top priority, the accounting team, and all the other teams for whom sound management business is at the heart of their concerns.

A work-life balance

Work-life balance is important to us, and remote work is definitely part of our conditions.

Depending on the role, it is clear that for certain teams, such as those involved in filming or webcasting, office presence is required—think internal control rooms and studio—while for client-site events or other locations, travel is also necessary. For office-based employees, remote work is allowed, depending on the in-person requirements agreed upon with their immediate supervisor. Whenever possible, we always prioritize work-life balance to optimize the well-being of our employees because we know that every moment counts.

Each day is not like yesterday, nor like tomorrow.

Endless projects. For the technical team (preproduction, production, postproduction), as well as for the project managers, this means a variety of client events – AGMs, webinars, continuing education, conferences, and much more. For the sales team, it’s about staying attuned to client projects in order to offer the most suitable solutions for their business needs. For the marketing, IT, accounting, and all other teams, it means putting forward strategies to carry out diverse projects, each as varied as the next, with each team focusing on their specific area of expertise.
